Micro Broccoli

Micro broccoli is very small in size and is comprised of two heart-shaped leaves that grow in pairs from a long, thin stem. Each leaf has a single vein running along its underside and a vibrant green hue, while the stem is almost translucent white with a rosy tone.

The leaf is crisp and crunchy with a succulent quality and has a mildly vegetal, herbaceous, and sweet flavor with a subtle peppery finish.
